Completed Projects: Overlook Residence

A significant interior renovation reconfigured mud, kitchen, and family living spaces to reflect the needs of a young family and also allowed for portions of the exterior to be restored to the home's historic 1903 character. The renovation opended the kitchen and family rooms to each other while also creating distinct gathering zones for games, homework, entertaining, and cooking. The detailing is clean and crisp but with proportions and scale derived from other areas of the traditional home.
