Completed Projects: Lake Sammamish Residence

This Lake Sammamish residence is set  

on a long narrow site with expansive views to the west across the lake. The house is configured to capture and bring natural daylight into all parts of the house while also creating private exterior and interior spaces in this dense waterfront neighborhood. The project employs a rich palette of interior materials and finishes.
